The
Policy Internship Program exists because of strong support from
University of Virginia School
of Engineering and Applied Science Dean James Aylor.
Central to the success of the program is James Turner, our
Washington coordinator and chief counsel for the
House of Representatives Committee on Science and Technology. Mr. Turner
helps select interns, places them, and organizes the speaker
series.
Richard Miksad co-founded the program
with Mr. Turner when he was dean of the School of Engineering
and Applied Science.
Financial support comes from the
Virginia Engineering Foundation, Dean James Aylor, and
private donors. We would be delighted if you became a partner in
our efforts. Please contact the
University of
Virginia Engineering Foundation.
